• TLS Lacing Nitro leading the pack with the TLS lacing system: Easy lace engagement and release, combined with the low abrasion of our Dyneema® laces are the key factors of this highly reliable zonal lacing system. At the same time, the TLS features compact size and low weight while maintaining the reliability proven by tens of thousands of days on the mountain. Even though rarely needed, servicing and replacement of all parts including the lace are easier than with any other system on the market. Even using a standard lace if you're in a pinch is an option only available on Nitro's TLS boots. Easy-entry handle storage pockets as well as our Bail Out system for easier entry and exit round off the most developed dual lacing system on the market.

• Nitro Step On® Outsole Our 100% Step On® compatible rubber outsole will interface perfectly with any Step On® binding on the market for an effortless boot-to-binding engagement. At the same time, it provides a highly effective traction pattern with an abrasion-resistant high-grip rubber compound for durability and a perfect grip. Made from up to 30% of recycled rubber (depending on sole color).

• EVA Midsole Used on all boots with rubber outsoles, the EVA midsole reduces the overall weight and provides cushioning and thermal insulation.

• Armored Spine We are using an anatomically shaped and 3D molded heel reinforcement to provide even boot flex and long-lasting heel fit.

• Ankle Strap with BOA® Fit System Our ankle strap with BOA® Fit System is precisely designed to fit the boot shape and provide the support experience and feel of our binding ankle straps. It is used on all our StepOn® boots to offer additional heel hold and ankle support. The BOA® Fit System delivers micro-adjustable precision fit, engineered to perform in the toughest conditions. BOA® Dials and Laces are guaranteed for the lifetime of the product on which it is integrated.

• ILS (Internal Lacing System) Our ILS system features a lacing harness firmly connected to the boot shell. This harness snugly wraps around the liner, securing it in the shell and providing precise lacing and fit. Our engineered ILS laces provide less friction and a Dyneema® core for added strength.

• Cloud 6 Liner The Cloud 6 Liner provides a more flexible alternative to the 9 and 10 models, while maintaining the proven classic Nitro fit, heel lock and comfort. Our most versatile liner, preferred by riders looking for that extra bit of board feel.
