Baseplate: S12 Duraflex Blue Two Layer Baseplate Construction - A traditional snowboard baseplate is made of a single layer with the same material and stiffness throughout. Union’s all-new 2 Layer baseplate construction allows us to have two individual layers: the Core and the Frame. Each layer has the possibility of using a unique material and stiffness to achieve the desired ride feel of the binding.

The updated asymmetrical shape follows the natural angle of the leg for a more anatomical fit and flex.
