• Lacing Dual Zone High Power Focus BOA® - BOA’s pinnacle configuration is offered on the legendary Ion boots. In addition to speed, fit, and durability you’d expect, this system’s top attribute is better fit in the sweet spot (mid-foot) area of the shell. This is achieved through the Focus BOA® configuration that improves positioning around the midfoot, which is enhanced by the H4 dial that allows for micro adjustability precision fit engineered to perform in the toughest of conditions.

• Liner Life Liner - Life Liner uses heat-moldable and lightweight Ultralon Performance Foam® for maximum durability and performance while also providing a cush, relaxed fit. This liner also features a DRYRIDE Heat Cycle™ lining that captures, radiates, and reflects body heat inward for the highest level of moisture management and wicking control.

• Inner Cuff Tuff Cuff - Tuff Cuff holds your heel and stabilizes your ankle at the same time, wrapping the ankle for the most responsive medial and lateral support with a taller inner cuff for even more support without limiting toe-to-heel flexibility.

• Outsole Autocant Outsole - Autocant outsole features a platform with dual-density materials for natural motion when absorbing landings and a softer medial side that allows for natural inward give when compressed.

• Outsole EST - EST goes beyond bindings by drawing inspiration from the surf/skate heritage of snowboarding and giving you a more direct connection to your board. By eliminating the ramp angle of your outsole, EST lowers your center of gravity, improves board feel, and creates a more surf/skate-like feel. All without sacrificing an ounce of cushioning thanks to ultra-dampening ReBounce and B3 Gel inserts.

• Shell Articulating Cuff - Allowing the upper and lower zones of the boot to flex independently creates fluid forward motion, minimizes shell distortion, and maximizes mobility.
